This new model is water as well as dust resistant and it has been made with surgical-grade stainless steel and this model wil be available in two different colors which are space gray and silver.
Display:
Apple iPhone X is offereing an edge to edge 5.8 inch display. It is offering an OLED display for the very 1st time and has named it Super Retina Display. OLED display offers accurate colors and enhanced uniformity all across the screen. The Super Retina Display of iPhone X supports 2046×1125 resolution with 455PPI and HDR in both Dolby Vision.
Cameras:
The rear camera of iPhone X supports a 12-megapixel sensor with dual lenses at f1.8 & f2.8 apertures. The rear camera comes with dual-image OIS quad-LED TrueTone flash. Apple is introducing new Portrait Lighting, allowing the users select their lighting effects. Remember these are not the filters, these are actually real-time analysis of the light which is hitting the subject’s face. The lighting effects can be added before and after the photo is taken. Video recording has also been enhanced to a great degre. Now videos can be recorded at 60FPS in low light mode with faster frame rate support as well as 4K capture. Slo-mo videos shot in 1080p will have 240FPS. The secondary camera is equipped with True Depth camera system which supports Face ID. Portrait mode and Portrait lighting is also available on the secondary camera.
FaceID:
Apple iPhone X is the 1st phone which has no Home button and the new screen covers the entire front of the device. The device can wake up by just picking up or by swiping across any direction of the screen. For closing an application just swipe up and throw your app away. With no Home button in Apple iPhone the question here arises that what about the security of iPhone as the Home button played a integral and vital part in iPhone’s security. Well the answer is the iPhone X is empowered with a depth sensing front camera which will unlock the phone by detecting the face of the user. The stakeholders at Apple Inc are calling this feature as FaceID. FaceID has been enabled by True Depth camera system. It is equipped with flood illuminator, infrared camera and dot projector. FaceID feature is used in Apple Pay at the moment. Another catchy feature in iPhone X is Animoji for messaging. Animoji will use the FaceID feature to lay the facial expressions of yours into emoji and will give them a unique new look.
Specs:
iPone X like iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus is capable of wireless charging due to its new glass back. Wireless charging is supported by Qi, which is considered as the standard in wireless charging industry.The battery timing has also been improved and it is now two hours longer than iPhone 7. The pre-orders of Apple iPhone X will begin on October 27 and the regular sale will start on 3rd November.
